About Grant Construction, Inc.
Mark A. Grant is the founder and President of Grant Construction, Inc. He has been building homes for 20 years and developing subdivisions since 1998. Mark was born and raised in Clarksville, attended Clarksville High School and Austin Peay State University. Mark was appointed to the Clarksville Montgomery County Regional Planning Commission for A (4) year term and also selected to be on the newly formed “Clarksville Redevelopment Board". Mark is an onsite contractor on the job daily to oversee all construction in progress.
Steve Bullock started working with G.C.I. 15 years ago and has a total of 23 years experience in residential construction. He was born and raised in Clarksville and graduated from Christian Academy in 1988. He is skilled in all aspects of building and takes pride daily in what he does! He has also been in the development aspect since 1998. He works hard, plays hard and is very dedicated to his work!
Mark R. Grant has joined G.C.I. and is a welcomed member of our team! He was born and raised in Clarksville. He graduated from Clarksville Academy in 2000 and from the University of TN. Knoxville (Go Vols!) in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He has been developing for 3 years, with his last development being “Centerstone Village” located on Needmore Road. He is on the job daily learning every step of residential construction.
Patrick Opitz joined G.C.I. in 2006 and has been a welcomed member of the team. He is a transplant from up north but we don’t hold that against him. He operates skid steers, track steers, ect. He also keeps all the homes and lots clean so they have a better appearance from the start of each home through the move in process.
